Requirements:
- Relevant digital marketing background, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing/supporting digital & e-commerce marketing campaigns;
- Sound professional experience in the field of e-commerce or performance marketing on manufacturer, distributor, or agency side;
- Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies driving e-commerce excellence;
- Expert knowledge in the construction, execution, and evaluation of data-based Online Marketing Campaigns;
- Experience with mobile, web analytics (Google Analytics or similar), search (SEO/SEM), content management, and digital media is preferred;
- Solid understanding of how to track, analyse, and report on campaigns and make data-driven decisions to constantly improve performance;
- Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams & projects;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Main responsabilities:
- Building Customer Activation Plans in coordination with sales and marketing teams, and external partners for all eCom Customers;
- Responsible of e-com plans implementation and working closely with the sales and marketing teams;
- Responsible for complete management of pure eRetailers;
- Responsibility for e-com sales targets delivery and activation calendar execution at Customer side;
- Develop product- and brand-related on-site and off-site marketing campaigns for online pharmacies and marketplace platforms. Collaborate with the digital team to ensure all digital marketing, social media and SEO activities are in connection with eCommerce activations;
- Ensure content distribution and implementation at online pharmacies and marketplaces;
- Implement data analyzes on sales, customer behavior and online marketing campaigns at the respective partners to derive measures and to continuously optimize the marketing action plan. Track campaign effectiveness and its impact on sales; ROI analysis;
- Guiding the digital shopper journey across the various eCommerce platforms in line with brand strategy;
- Joint responsibility for planning, observing and allocation of the e-commerce marketing.
