Requirements

1) A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma in the field of information and communication technology education (IT);

or

a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma in the field of pedagogy;

Or

A level of general or vocational secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and followed by appropriate professional experience of at least three years;

2) a) Minimum two years of IT e-learning design experience;

b) Minimum one year experience with e-learning authoring tools

And c) Minimum 6 months of experience in project management;

3) Knowledge of the English or French corresponding to level B2, or above, of the Common European Framework of Reference elaborated by the Council of Europe11.
