Requirements

1) A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma in the field of information and communication technology (IT);

Or

A level of general or vocational secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and followed by appropriate professional experience of at least three years;

2) Minimum two years of IT experience (in addition to (1));

Experience in supporting one LMS (Learning Management Systems) using SCORM;

3) Knowledge of English or French corresponding to level B2, or above, of the Common European Framework of Reference elaborated by the Council of Europe13.

Based on expertise in various areas of knowledge, expertise and certification, the eLearning Technical Consultant can integrate various roles as presented below:

Technical Consultant

• Integration of the e-learning contents on the EU Learn LMS platform
• Evaluation of various learning resources, learning development products, eLearning products and tools available on the market and making recommendations
• Technical assistance
• Technical Consultancy

Standardization Expert

•  Content Standardization (. SCORM, IMS)
