East Balkans CS&L Financial Analyst

Job purpose:

• Proactively leads and coordinates all CS&L financial planning cycles for East Balkans BU ensuring alignment and deliverables, in close collaboration with all stakeholders in the process.
• Optimally control the CS&L budgets, foster and fuel the productivity commitments, and optimize capital efficiency.
• Provide financial support and guidance to CS&L Manager and CS&L team to facilitate effective and accurate performance management across all categories/logistics sites, and ensure timely reporting of key management results. Act as the finance expert within the function.
• Provide full budget control details/performance to CS&L budget owners.
• Leadership of all CS&L performance reviews, from a finance perspective.

Job requirements:

• University degree in Economics or alike
• Rigor in financial planning and proficiency in modeling skills
• Background in Finance, preferable in Planning / Controlling.
• Supply Chain knowledge.
• Business level proficiency in English
• System oriented
• Self-starter, high level of thinking & analytical skills, operational fact knowledge, priority setting, drive for results, and integrity.
• Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of organization
