Detailed Description

As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will be providing remote technical and functional support to Oracle’s global customers using the very latest tools and our extensive knowledge base. You will also have the opportunity to gain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new products and technologies, contribute to knowledge management, problem avoidance and be involved in other interesting projects.

• Web Support in the resolution of problems related to installation, recommended maintenance and usage of Oracle Products
• Routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions for customer issues
• Knowledge Content Creation
• Work very closely with individual and internal groups - including Development

Primary Skills:

• Technical Skills - UNIX, SQL, RDBMS
• Oracle Applications Experience, other HCM ERP knowledge
• Prefer HRMS Functional Skills - Benefits, Payroll, HR
• Customer Support Experience
