WHAT KIND OF WORK IS AWAITING YOU?
- Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the client's registration for the purpose of VAT refund
- Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the registration of the client for the purpose of refund of excise duties and of the documentation for the recovery of excise duties in other Member States
- Legal check of invoices issued by third party suppliers for VAT refund
- Keeping records of documents managed by the employee
- Collaboration with the team in charge of communication with the tax authorities
- Preparation and submission of VAT refund files in Romania for non-EU customers
- Preparation and submission of excise refund files in Romania
HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?
- Secondary school education
- Experience in administration
- Knowledge of basic accounting OR VAT is an advantage
- Knowledge of working with PC, especially Excel
- Care, independence, resistance to stress
- Good communication skills in English and Romanian
