Main responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting transactions

- recording with accuracy in accounting program all business transactions 

- update accounts receivables and issues invoices

- assist senior accountant on preparation on monthly / annually closing 

- assist and prepare as requested sales reports, forecast, budgets

- monitoring customer account details for payments, delay payments

- maintaining relation with insurance company

- checking cost goods for all companies activity

- preparing monthly or as request special reports

- checking the packing report and issue the declaration to the authorities

- other assignments from general manager

What should you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance)

- relevant work experience on a similar position

- analytical skills

- positive attitude

- very good knowledges of MS Office, Excel

- WinMentor knowledges represent an advantage
