Inviting applications for the role of Insurance with English!

Works with Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities.

Responsibilities
• Perform quality check on binder verified policies based on the available documentation and information captured in the client accounting system
• Perform preliminary 4eye review for the Insurance premium taxes and confirm the correctness of the data to the Underwriter Assistant before being paid to the state authorities
• Contact responsible Underwriter Assistant for missing documents, wrong information and additional clarifications
• Participate in regular calls with the client regarding open tasks, process or business updates. Keep up to date the SOP's and a good understanding of general market practices
• Adhere to team’s SLA’s as per the contract agreement with the client

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications
• Relevant work experience in a multinational company
• Communicative level of English.
• High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
• Relevant domain experience is an advantage;
• Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage);

Encouraged qualifications
• Personal culture and client management expertise.
• University graduate (Economic profile is an advantage)
• High motivation and ability to learn.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
