EHS Manager (Central function)

What will your job be about

•  EH&S liaison to Manufacturing Cluster heads and team,

•  Direct support, communication, and interaction with plants within a specific Manufacturing Cluster,

•  Support the central EHS team members in regards of their Manufacturing Cluster responsibilities,

•  Develop, drive, and oversee EH&S Management Systems (‘ISO standards’),

•  Support and drive EH&S, Loss Prevention and Plant protection activities in new projects/constructions

What We Are Looking For

Technical University degree, preferably with a degree in EH&S,

More than 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of EHS&S, preferably at plant level

Documented experience in the field of EH&S,

High degree of autonomy to be able to drive, lead and manage processes and projects within the area of responsibility

Good language skills – spoken and written English is a must, additional language capabilities are a plus,

Excellent communication and management skills,

Eager to support and develop in close cooperation with our plants, CSC’s and offices,

Has a structured mind able to manage several activities in numerous fields and across many various countries.

Willingness to travel.
