Your new role: The Electrical Charging Network Site Manager will contribute to the Company’s shift to e-Mobility, as we shape the EV charging landscape in our key market. He shall lead the execution of projects ensuring optimized planning, execution, forecasting and reporting whilst ensuring individual project deliverables are in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, safety requirements.

Activities going to help you shine:

• Establishes the project execution approach for the implementation of the EV Network strategy at country level, overseeing project hand-over, execution planning and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals;
• Planning project on-site activities including necessary local resources, EV equipment, technical input and milestones;
• Plans together with the supervisors on specializations from the project team and with the subcontractors the schedule of field activities in order to frame the project execution within the assumed deadlines and in the approved project plan;
• Ensuring correct handling, storage and installation of delivered EV equipment, coordinating on-site storage/implementation as well as shipment logistics to secure timely site delivery of equipment and material;
• Monitors the conformity of the components of the technical book (including the execution in accordance with the working procedures or instructions) with the requirements of the legislation in force or of the quality manual in order to ensure the management of the technical book;
• Ensuring all on-site resources are properly trained on company health, safety and environment policy and proactively promotes health and safety considerations to project partners throughout the project;
• Controlling project cost for the project site work, monitors actual spend against forecasts, and estimates final cost;
• Monitors the stage of the investment execution in order to maintain an updated situation with the real information in the field;
• Ensure the efficiency of the EV assembly process by diagnosing problems and offering solutions;
• Apply established safety rules for handling high-voltage systems.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

• Degree at bachelor’s level or above in electrical engineering, or other technical university degree
• Minimum 3 years in relevant role
• Understanding and adaptability to the evolving ecosystem value chain of the eMobility application
• Language: very good knowledge of English.
