As part of Electrical Design, Inquires and Execution Department team, you will design and deliver our world class control systems and provide ongoing support to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

Specific, on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in the Inquiry process taking into account also commercial offer;
• Develop electrical diagrams starting from a Order Confirmation and client requirements;
• Familiar with VFD (ABB; Schneider), PLC & HMI (Siemens), protection and commutation equipment;
• Integrate electrical control with other systems as mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic (actuators, drivers, sensors, and safety systems);
• Dimensioning and selection of electrical equipment;
• Management of ordered equipment by using ERP soft;
• Check execution process, offer technical support and participate to testing process;
• Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
• Define project requirements through customer communication and communicate the requirements to other departments as necessary;

Profile:

• University degree in technical field: Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation/ Computers;
• Knowledge and experience with EPLAN;
• Professional experience in Electrical design;
• You are someone who works accurately and in a structured manner
• A very good general understanding of technical concepts, plus the intention to acquire new knowledge;
• Professional experience in Marine Industry is an advantage;
• Technical knowledge of Siemens Step7, Siemens Tia Portal is an advantage;
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment;
• Professional experience in industrial automation is an advantage;
• Good English knowledge;
