YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and executes the preventive maintenance activity of electrical and automation equipments and components, by drawing up and following the yearly preventive maintenance plan according to internal procedures and instructions, as well as by allocating the resources it has at disposal
• Actively coordinates the maintenance processes of the above mentioned equipment
• Ensures that the energetic management of the company is carried out in the direction of energy consumption efficiency through monitoring, control, efficiency and reporting, in accordance with the regulations in force (outsourced activity)
• Continuous improvement of the electrical knowledge in the field of activity and associated programs of the seed processing plant
• Maintain and develop relationships and contacts with electrical and automation equipment suppliers, as well as with specific service providers, depending on the needs of the department
• Prepares, proposes for approval and manages the yearly spending budget of the assigned cost center
• Keeps track of the fixed assets of the allocated cost center, stock of spare parts, electrical and automation components, and inventory of tools and devices
• Keeps in order and up-to-date technical documentation, binders and activity-specific databases
• Actively participates with the SSM Coordinator in specific trainings
• Acquires and respects internal codes (CBC, ROI), rules, procedures (Corporate Policies), working instructions (ISO9001) and internal company decisions
• Provides assistance and support with the team in additional activities indicated by his superior

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Higher graduate, or postgraduate studies may be a plus (MSc)
• At least 3 years of experience in the field; preferably production experience, especially in seed production, food industry, or agribusiness
• The holder of the job will be specialized in maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic and automation equipment
• Skills and through knowledge of electricity, electrical machines, electrotechnics, applied electronics and industrial. automated processes
• Increased skills in identifying emergency situations (breakdown), that lead to specific maintenance and repair activities
• ANRE Accreditation
• High level organizational spirit and teamwork
• Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading)
• Strong knowledge of data management and administration (SAP-PM)
