Electronics Process Engineer

OVERVIEW: Process engineers are responsible for industrialization process for assembly lines. They devise efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product.

Key Activities:

• Responsible for process optimization by analyzing the feasibility of ideas and implementing actions to improve processes and systems
• Participate in calculation of the cycle time / determination of the cycle time for new products and capacity-planning for machines / production lines
• Participate at installation of the new equipment
• Planning of rework procedures of complex mechatronic products
• Participate actively in handling projects in process engineering
• Compile project and process documentation, like procedural instructions, instruction material, operating instructions and support of change processes
• Implement technical solutions in order to optimize the production flow, as well as reducing costs
• Technical advice to employees outside his / her department with regards to system specifications/requirements

Desired Profile:

• University degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• More than 4 year experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of electronics measuring, test equipment and process technology
• Experience of using soldering and potting processes represents an advantage
• Knowledge as well as experience in project management
• Team player with an open minded attitude
• Strong communicator both written and verbal in English
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
