Hardware Engineering Iasi is focused on developing innovative products for the 48V vehicle architecture, as well as for high voltage architectures in the range ofV. We believe that the future of mobility is related to electric drive.
Therefore our products will equip micro/mild/full hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles. Energy management and power supply is a key element for these future architectures and a DCDC converter inside a vehicle with multi voltage bus is one of the key elements.

Job Description

All products have at its core a PCB to integrate all functions. At the start of every design stand the requirements that the product needs to fulfill, requirements that are the foundation of the project.
This is the most important part of the project, reason why we would like to have a colleague that has a good understanding towards specific technical skills as: PCB design process, layout and schematic design, design according EMC and electrical testing methods.
The Requirement Engineering role is about working together with the developers, at the highest engineering level to build and deliver a state-of-the-art product. Finally, it’s about enhancing your career and preparing yourself for the next step.

As a Requirements Engineer in our Hardware Team, you will:
• Support feasibility study
• Identify HW requirements out of the SYS requirements
• Be responsible for the analysis of HW requirements
• Acquire and provide all HW requirements systematically
• Evaluate, refine and develop functional HW requirements
• Evaluate, refine and develop non-functional HW requirements
• Systemize and prioritize the HW requirements
• Plan and execute reviews of the HW requirements
• Assure the completeness of the HW requirements
• Assure consistency of the HW requirements
• Support the classification of HW requirements
• Create baselines
• Create metrics
• Create validation methods for each HW requirements
• Analyze requirements concerning project- / product- / customer spanning standardization
