Ideal candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and analytical skills
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Master's degree in HR
- Specialized training in labor/employee relations a significant plus
Main responsibilities as Engagement lead:
- Serves as a trusted adviser to client senior leadership
- Responsible for delivering outstanding engagement results and client satisfaction on strategic consulting engagements
- Manages engagement initiation and delivery of projects to ensure on time, high quality and on budget delivery
- Build relationships and initiatives to extend employee tenure
- Boost morale and build productivity within teams for better and more efficient execution of tasks and projects
- Identify new concepts to build brand awareness
- Track the progress of each project and work to manage the resources and timescale for each one, including the teams working on them. Prepare reports on these projects to identify achievements and goals met as well as to highlight any areas for improvement going forward.
HR responsibilities:
- First point of contact for employees and managers on employee relations issues and engagement strategies
- Preparing and analyzing necessary business reports for the HR department and company (benefits, attrition etc.)
- Maintaining employee files in accordance with Romanian legislation and company policies
- Maintain up to date employee information
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties and other general HR administrative task as and when requested.
