EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

This is a great opportunity to join us as an INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT OFFICER for a one year involvement with our team, replacing a colleague in maternity. The role is dynamic, the journey co-created and the team is awesome.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible with the Internal Communication on the Internal Communication platform including content creation, general communication, platform administration

• You will design and manage employee engagement projects, initiatives and activations on recognition, communities, milestone events, people highlights

• You will be responsible with the management and organization of the Internal Onboarding and Employee Engagement Surveys, as well as the maintenance of the Employee Engagement Survey platform

• You will maintain the contracting relationships with suppliers related to communication and employee engagement

Your profile:

• Oriented towards making an impact in the organization and a keen eye for what makes people link together

• Agile in written content creation and a good sense of aesthetics of the deliverables

• Higher education: graduate in Communication, Journalism or Marketing.

• Advanced level knowledge of English

• Experience in Internal Communication is a plus
