Description

  • Answer general, account and service inquiries by telephone and e-mail in a professional manner and courteously, providing information and advice, for existing and potential Key Account Desk customers;
  • Maintain and improve the complaining KAD customer image about DHL services;
  • Promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition;
  • Provide activity reports to direct superior;
  • Conduct a proper communication & relationship with all DHL ROMANIA departments as well as with DHL network during complaints investigations.

Skills & experience

  • Customer Care orientation;
  • Communication skills in both Romanian and English (written & spoken);
  • DHL services knowledge;
  • Selling and negotiations skills;
  • Teamwork spirit & initiative;
  • Analytical thinking & adaptability;
  • Very good PC skills (Word & Excel).
