Engineering Manager - Automotive

Our client is a multinational engineering company with expertise in Automotive, Aerospace and Energy sectors. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast growing and multinational environment. At the moment we have several positions for engineers with experience in electronics engineering and embedded systems.

As an Engineering Manager you will be working on projects in the automotive industry with following responsibilities:

- Manage a project for various products from technical point of view
- Lead the project team to reach the defined delivery milestones with good product quality
- Keep the development costs within the agreed budget
- Technical support for engineers allocated to the project
- Carry out coordination work as a responsible engineer
- Review customer requirements and specifications
- Carry out project timeline, analyze technical changes and required technical feasibility studies
- Close contact to customer/suppliers for technical communication and issues

Profile:

- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in the Automotive branch on embedded systems (with focus on development, integration, test or delivery)
- Experience in managing multi-functional teams
- Excellent people and strong leadership skills
- Advanced level in English and French
