Description

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of CRMS framework (policies, procedures, methodologies and guidelines) in order to properly regulate the internal risk processes at Group level;
  • Support the implementation of risk management tools (risk registers, risk appetite, risk tolerance, KRI etc);
  • Assess and challenge the proposed risks and calculations of risk impact and probability using quantification methods. Review the risk management methods to ensure appropriate balance between cost and benefits;
  • Perform periodic calculation, monioring and reporting of risk impacts, risk appetite, risk tolerance and KRI;
  • Coordinate the risk management process at Group level in order to identify the major risk areas within Group entities;
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with the business to identify and assess risks at Group level and to monitor the status of the mitigation actions;
  • Conduct, facilitate and manage the Annual Corporate Risk Assessments ensuring that results are reported accurately to relevant stakeholders;
  • Identify and document risk mitigation strategies associated with each risk identified and ensure constant monitoring of risk evolution;
  • Support the development of Annual Risk Management Plan;
  • Monitor mitigation action plans, Risk Tolerance levels and Key Risk Indicators at a corporate level and report exceptions to Risk Owner for further actions;
  • Consolidate the Corporate Risk register and perform risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences;
  • Monitor compliance of risk management procedures at Group level;
  • Continually monitor the developments in risk management (conferences, papers, research, seminars, etc.) and markets or industry to see which risks are arising that may have an impact on the Group; 
  • Provide support and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization;
  • Advise on risk assessments and development of risk mitigation strategies;
     
Requirements:
  • University degree in one of the following areas: Risk management (postgraduate in this field is also considered), finance or economics, science, management or business;
  • Experience in Enterprise Risk Management implementation and development within a company;
  • Very Good analytical skills;
  • Ability to process and interpret complex amount of data and to draw independent conclusions;
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work in team or individually;
  • Decision making ability;
  • MS Office(Excel & Power Point) - advanced level;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis & accounting;
  • English language - advanced level;
  • Russian language could be a plus.
