Europe Recruitment Operations Analyst with English

We are growing our recruitment team that is the heart of our client’s organization, a leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions and design-led experiences. 

You will be responsible with all organizational activities in order to create the best experience for the candidates. 

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

Reporting and Analytics

• Manipulate and analyze data for client reporting recruitment financial data

• Create and run reports for internal external stakeholders

• Develop reporting templates

• Identify reporting automation opportunities

Process Overview

• Of the Procurement and PO processes

• Of the vendor contracts Job Boards, Agencies

• Act as end to end process facilitator

Systems management

• Collaborate with recruiting teams across Europe in terms of technology support recruiting data basis

• Offer support on process documentation

• Recommend improvements updates as needed.
