• Is thе primary engagement contact on sales compensation for country MD, sales executives and their supporting functions
• Provides sales Management with consulting & business decision support (Analytics, Sales Perf Review, ICR) for sales and quota deployment, compensation efficiency, performance and payments result
• Runs regular business management reviews, steering committee (QBR, 360, ICR), supported by business analytics and a set of KPIs
• Provides sales & supporting functions consulting & support for Policy & DOA
• Supports innovation program deployment and Management of Change
• Has a complete understanding of business and compensation environment
• Provides regional SCE feedback and consulting on his/her geography.

• Is E2E аccountаble for Rеadinеss & Quotа dеployment (coordinаtion, fаcilitation, efficiency, timeliness, quality)
• Oversees operational execution
• Monitors sales experience and satisfaction
• Owns escalations resolution and management of country specifics & exceptions
• Is the local interlock for HR, Finance, Legal, payroll, worker Council, sales ops.
• Reports issues, progress, business and operational data to the regional SCE team
