Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative, and development support to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO.

We are looking for a vibrant, smart and energetic person to keep our Customers, Team and CEO Smiling! This role will be based in Sky Tower and will coordinate with our teams in the office and from different cities in Romania. We need someone who is dedicated, who understands how to get things done and who also is able to maintain privacy when handling sensitive matters for our CEO. The role will cross over between responsibilities for the Company and to the CEO personally. The underlying objective is to reduce the administrative burden on the CEO so that they can function at a strategic level more effectively. The role requires someone who is immensely on the ball, vibrant and fresh thinking and has a can-do-attitude.

 

Requirements

 

  • University Degree.
  • At least 3 years’ experience.
  • Passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken.
  • The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for providing executive support on one-to-one working relationship.
  • Maintaining calendar. Arranging appointments, meeting schedules.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and preparation of reports for decision making.
  • Responsible for Expense management - personal and official.
  • Coordination of daily/weekly/monthly/annually management activities.
  • Cross-functional Executive Support & special projects.
  • Creating and Editing Presentations.
  • Managing CEO's travel plans.
  • Manage CEO's personal agenda, errands and special products.
  • Above and beyond will also be required to run special projects, which can include launch or taking over any particular business function in times of transition or otherwise.
  • Advanced knowledge with Excel and Google Docs.
  • Ability to answer emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handling all incoming enquires and prioritizing action plans.
  • Well-organized, analytical mind, hard worker.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent execution mindset.
