Executive Assistant Manager

Your duties are:

• Holistic support of the management in organizational, administrative, strategic and operational tasks
• Acting as the point of contact between the management and internal colleagues or external partners and customers
• Office management
• Preparation, organization and post-processing of internal and external meetings
• Handling national and international correspondence directed to managers
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
• Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
• Producing reports, lectures and presentations
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels

Job qualifications and requirements:

• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Excellent time management skills
• Well-developed organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Great verbal and written communication skills, also in English
• Professional discretion
• Experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment
• Detail oriented, ability to show initiative and take responsibility
