Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Preparing KPI reports, invoice letters and other documents;
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks;
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports;
- Helping prepare schedule meetings;
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings;
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software;
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database;
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence;
- Provide general administrative support;
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience;
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities;
- Able to meet deadlines;
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills;
- University diploma in relevant field;
- MS Office - advanced level;
- English - advanced level;
