Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for the manager: facilitate interaction between the manger and colleagues or clients, manage correspondence and phone calls;
- Supporting management by creating contracts and other required documentation ;
- Collecting and preparing information for management use (.: meeting agendas, meeting minutes, surveys, reports, etc.);
- Providing administrative support for specific events/activities (connection with travel agency, logistic activities – accommodation & flight booking, etc., update specific systems with required information);
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, making appointments and travel arrangements, keeping meeting minutes;
- Organizing files, performing data entry and maintaining accurate records in various systems.
We need you to have:
- BS/MS Degree in Finance, Economy, Business or related field;
- Relevant previous experience or exposure to project management activities;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a MUST);
- Team work spirit;
- Strong control orientation and attention to detail;
- Team spirit, able to cooperate and work under pressure;
- Good level of English read/write/speak;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information;
- Self-motivation and able to take responsibility;
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks time efficiently;
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
