Executive Marketing Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Marketing Officer to help us in our development and execution of monthly marketing campaigns. Main requested attributes:

• Good communication and writing skills in Romanian and English;
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Experienced in marketing planning & execution

Job Description

• Develop and efficiently implement execution of monthly communication plan, based on marketing manager’s brief
• Support marketing team in organizing various projects;
• Plan and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, community, events, email marketing, offline marketing
• Manage relationships with internal and external creative, development and technical resources to deliver planned campaigns. Work closely with the designated agencies to implement the necessary materials for all campaigns and actions
• Manage efficiently and effectively the campaign planning, tactical execution and regular monitoring
• Solve issues around deadlines on delivery, technology and creative tasks
• Stay up to date with trends, best practices in communication and digital fields.

• Align guidelines, timing, work ethics in relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Functional understanding of retail, marketing, customer experience & digital communication.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• University degree.
• At least 2 years-experience in marketing; experience in media planning is a plus
• Very good level of English.
