Our target market is Global Medical Device roles over €/£100k with niche Medical Technology companies with technologies that revolutionise patient care and save lives. We offer customers in this sector a range of Search & Human Capital services that enable us to get closer to the decision-making and build deeper, lasting relationships.

Guided Solutions is the largest Medical Device only Executive Search firm in Europe and continues to grow at an average of 20% annually. To accelerate our growth we continue to build our internal human resources across Europe & MEA.

Our roles are flexible and a combination of Office/Remote or Remote only working is available. This role will connect to one of our busiest desks with a long-term view of taking full responsibility for some of our longest-standing and highest-yield customers. There will be a dedicated transition period where the successful applicant will learn the customers, the roles and the industry before stepping forward to take over fuller responsibilities.

The focus for the role will be:

• Work closely with some of our most important clients providing outstanding service and commitment to deliver
• Partner with Senior Leadership to proactively develop and progress with the company
• Taking in-depth and thorough role briefings from clients
• Allocating resources internally to fulfil the mandates
• Successfully searching and supplying applicants individually.

We seek applications from serious, professional, experienced recruiters, Executive Search Consultants or Sales Professionals. We have offices in Leeds (United Kingdom), Zug (Switzerland) and Sofia (Bulgaria). Regretfully due to the seniority of the appointments we recruit for our customers we are unable to consider inexperienced recruiters.
