Expediting Mechanical Design Engineer

Apex Group, a leading manufacturer of high quality heat exchangers in over 60 countries around the world and with clients the world's largest engineering companies, is now hiring.

We are looking for an Expediting Engineer / Project Coordinator / Mechanical Design Engineer with strong communication skills, time management skills and a commitment to meetings and deadlines.

Expediting Engineer / Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following activities:
- to follow communication between different departments of the Organization and Customer;
- to communicate with Customer and internal departments regarding documentation and deadlines, technical issues, payment and delivery;
- to invite Customer and/or their appointed 3rd Party Inspectors for inspection and expediting;
- to ensure that folders, documentation and information dedicated to projects are kept orderly and up to date;
- to call meetings when necessary.

The Expediting Engineer / Project Coordinator should have the following qualifications/skills:
- Technical School / Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering;
- Strong time management, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects;
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English;
- Responsible, energetic and flexible attitude is a must.

The Mechanical Design Engineer should have the following qualifications/skills:
- Technical Studies;
- Advanced Autocad 2D knowledge, 3D knowledge is advantage;
- Good understanding of technical drawings;
- Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English;
- Availability for international travel;
- Responsible for assembly and detailed component drawings.
