As part of our Europe-wide growth strategy, we are looking for several new colleagues to strengthen our team at Operation Center Brasov, a new operation center: Transport Manager /Dispatcher (F/M) Your Tasks: planning, management, and control of transports, Independent acquisition of new customers and subcontractors, communication and negotiations with international business partners, Checking in real time disposition plans and telematic systems, Staying in real time in contact with the drivers to assure that our loads gets in time, Be able to jump into an emergency when your help is more than needed.   Your Profil: Experience in the field of road transports Strong service and customer orientation, Willingness to learn and communication skills, MS Office Knowledge, Good knowledge of English or German is required other languages, including French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Greek, Turkish are an advantage   We offer you the integration into a young dynamic team, a demanding and varied activity in a modern environment with excellent development opportunities and an attractive compensation scheme, which you can significantly influence by your success.
