Position Overview:

We are seeking to find a senior UI developer experienced in working with Google Material Design and Bootstrap components and coding in Angular 8 to join our team in Romania to help develop our new enterprise-class B2B SaaS application.  This is a contract, full-time position, and you will work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled senior developers, architects, user experience designers, and product visionaries.

While we are seeking a full-time candidate on contract, we are open to your joining our team on a part-time basis with the option to convert to a full-time role at a mutually convenient time.

Position Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the UI/UX team, develop UI for the web application using Angular 8 and Google Material Design/Bootstrap UI components
• Write clean, concise, readable code that follows common design patterns and principles while maintaining coding standards and practices
• Participate in scrum meetings and deliver features on time as a team
• Manage time and multiple, competing priorities
• Learn new technologies and report on them as needed to help challenge the architecture
• Help maintain a positive, highly collaborative, execution-focused team environment

Job Requirements:

Must Have:

• BSc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of front-end development experience using Angular 2 framework
• 2+ years of experience designing with Google Material Design and Bootstrap UI components
• Detail-oriented with a passion for writing clean, easy-to-understand, maintainable and testable code
• Good Working knowledge of Jira, Docker, Maven, Git, etc.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) development
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills
• Stay current with the industry trends and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent (ability to work remotely), self-starter and collaborative team player

Nice to Have

• Front-end experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, ReactJS, etc.
• Back-end development experience – Java8, SpringBoot, Junit5, JavaScript,
• Good hands-on experience in AWS/GCP, Restful Web services, NoSQL (MongoDB)
