Mission overview:

As an experienced Scrum Master, you should take our product software development teams to the next level in adoption of Agile and Scrum practices. You will bring your previous experiences, best practices and a collaborative attitude to help drive revenue growth and increased effectiveness in value and quality of software we create. You will work in an ambiguous environment and will be involve in the changing of methods within the organization.

Our new colleague will manage various projects in parallel not directly related to software development and above all else, should be able to foster and model a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements and facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams;
• Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict;
• Communicate project risks;
• Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence;
• Provide software training to team members as needed;
• Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team;
• Assist in training team members and other employees on Agile and Design;

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager for multiple Scrum teams mandatory in software development;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SW development: hands on experience with software development and ability to engage in highly technical discussions with developers, product owners, DBAs and system engineers;
• Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and (Agile) application lifecycle management;
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree Certified Scrum Master (CSM I/II, PSM I/II) mandatory;
• Ability to manage organizational change initiative;
• Proven leadership and motivation skills;
• Strong written and oral communication skills a must; 
• Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement;
• Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement;
• A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English), French would be appreciated.
