Expert Controlling

Responsabilities

• The Expert PSS Controlling is responsible to provide to Product Supply & Sales Business Unit (PSS), controlling & performance information and analysis / explanations of the results of PSS East (RO/BG/RS/MD) in order to support operational management decisions;
• Responsible to develop together with the PSS Business Unit Management Strategy / Forecast / Budgets / MTP of PSS East;
• Responsible to proactively propose corrective measures in case of negative actual/budget deviations;
• Preparing comprehensive reports, findings and recommendations to PSS management (. Monthly results presentation / costs reports / forecast presentations / other reports)
• Responsible to ensure harmonized Controlling & Reporting processes and procedures of the DOIL entities which are also in line OMV Group Standards and Procedures;
• Analysis and interpretation of management relevant information;
• Ensuring the correct SAP Profit / Cost Center structure and records, in cooperation with Cost Accounting

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics or any comparable education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Controlling environment;
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
• Fluency in English and Romanian;
• IT-literate (MS-Office, SAP);
• Very good communication abilities and excellent organizational skills;
• High ability to generate commitment and create partnerships
• Capacity to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
