Expert Digital Platform Lead Creation

The scope of duties for Job Holder include:

Responsibilities:

• Development of Gas & Power SME customer network toin 2025;
• Developing and managing lead generation for SME customers for DS Gas;
• Selecting, contracting, briefing and managing a portfolio of agencies to develop campaigns and events to generate, manage and guide qualified leads to the DS Gas Digital SME platform;
• Based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and marketing input, adjust and refine the lead generation process to increase cost effectiveness and total result;
• Based on market knowledge and creativity, identify new customer segments and together with the SME team and selected partners and suppliers, develop specific value propositions and digital marketing materials and campaigns;
• To manage and operationally support the supplier and industry partner network for optimal overall performance;
• To prepare frequent reports regarding the development and success of the lead generation and conversion process; 
• Continuous improvement of the internal processes to support the customer contract renewal and new leads conversion process;
• Identification and development of best practices and improvement ideas;
• Implementation of agreed actions for improvement of the lead generation and conversion process.

Requirements:

• Education: Master diploma in Economics, Technical, Business Administration;
• Experience: 3-5 years and experience in Gas or Power business;
• English language: Advanced level;
• Experience with competitive markets;
• Good knowledge about Romanian Energy Market specific legislation;
• Further training in the Romanian Energy Market secondary legislation;
• Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization;
• Proactive orientation, teamworker;
• Ability to self organization (home-office);
• Stress resistant.
