• Plans, tracks and monitors Facility related projects and their milestones
• Takes measure to ensure highest quality of the work products based on internal and customer requirements
• Is responsible for a process compliant execution of the project according to company, customer or international standards
• Stays in constant contact to the customer to ensure an appropriate project coordination and information flow
• Manages and acquires technical resources for the project required.
• Manage the project risks and changes in order to minimize risks and the impact of changes.
• Develop concepts and ideas to improve existing and new designs in terms of quality, cost, manufacturability, robustness and/or feature content.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Project Management know-how, related to constructions
• Knowledge of Auto CAD
• Minimum 5 years experience in constructions (interior design & build)
• Good level of English.
