Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage security activities, cleaning, landscaping, parking;
Implement a planned preventive maintenance (PM) program for installations: fire extinguishing, fire signaling, electrical, sanitary, air conditioning, compressed air, extractors, technological gas, water cooling;
Monitor weekly consumption for utilities and reports them monthly;
Ensure compliance with safety standards for the building;
Manage reactive maintenance to ensure the minimum malfunction of factory equipment;
Record and manages all data related to defects or interventions on equipment;
Identify, ensure and manage spare parts to minimize any interruption of activity due to equipment failure;
Ensure and manage all documentation of equipment, infrastructure and building;
Commissioning and testing of new equipment;
Ensure that technical drawings and standards are observed;
Checking the functionality of the new equipment.
