Job mission and requirements:

The primary focus is to build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth:

      • Customer Management

      Plan, direct and monitor on site services to meet client’s expectations;

      • People Management

      Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure that activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets;

      • Supply Management

      Evaluate, select and manage relationship with external contractors to minimize costs and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service;

      • Resources Management

      Plan, prioritize and manage activities, upgrading the equipment, the facilities and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organization’s resources effectively;

      Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures; monitor the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeless reliability and safety standards;

      • Administration

      Prepare all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy and timeframe

        Hiring Requirements:

      • Know-how

        Leadership

        Experience in a profit center preferably in a plant environment

        Operational background in facilities management

        Team management skills

      • Knowledge

        Knowledge of company’s services available to clients;

        Knowledge of the company’s procedures related to the activity;

        Knowledge of the Romanian legislation related to the company’s services;

        Knowledge or the internal organizational structure;

        English knowledge;

        Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Other requirements:

        University degree in Technical Field;
