Multinational Services Provider is looking for talented – FACILITY MANAGER for key client’s site.
What would be your responsibility/role?
- Handle services what we provide on the site (example: maintenance, cleaning, canteen)
- Direct the team (motivation, appraisal)
- Maintain contact with and managed by contractors (Verifies compliance with safety rules, ensuring that the work is going to the site’s expectations appropriately)
- Work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects and deadlines
- Organize and conducts the performance of tasks in quality, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction keeping in mind
- Ensure communication between service provider and the partner. Maintain quality contact with the partner’s representatives
- Keep track of running costs, plan budget, continuously suggest saving initiatives
- Punctual prepare the necessary reports
- Have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach applying value creation / innovation across FM services / supply chain.
Profile what we are looking for:
- Strong leadership skills
- You are a team player
- Minimum of 3 years ex in supervising Soft FM and semi hard Services, integrated FM is a plus
- Work experience in industrial and office environment
- Relevant qualifications/ degree
- English – working proficiency oral and written
- Good communication with the client and the team.
- Able to build presentation content and deliver to a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent computer literacy (word, Excel, Power point)
- Awareness of workplace health & safety.
- Adequate financial knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
