For our client, one of the largest food and maintenance service providers in the world we are recruiting a Facility Manager with expertise and real knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years ex in supervising Soft FM and semi hard Services, integrated FM is a plus;
- Work experience in industrial and office environment;
- English – working proficiency oral and written;
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel);
- Adequate financial knowledge (budgets);
- Strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle services what we provide on the site (example: maintenance, cleaning);
- Maintain contact with and managed by contractors (Verifies compliance with safety rules, ensuring that the work is going to the site’s expectations appropriately);
- Work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects and deadlines;
- Organize and conducts the performance of tasks in quality, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction keeping in mind;
- Keep track of running costs, plan budget, continuously suggest saving initiatives;
- Have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach applying value creation / innovation across FM services / supply chain.
