Key Activities:

• Ensures the proper functioning of the building according to the legal / technical standards and regulations in force
• Permanently evaluates the condition / operation of the building and proposes a maintenance and improvement plan
• Manages building maintenance operations and consumptions
• Monitors the obtaining of all building permits so that operations can be carried out properly
• Responsible for the proactive management of suppliers according to internal procedures related to the function of building maintenance, cleaning, selective waste collection, green spaces and others
• Monitors, collects and centralizes information for the elaboration of the reports related to the managed spaces
• Maintains contact with the landlord in order to facilitate all the requirements of the lease
• Intervenes in solving technical problems and can use the tools and appliances the building is equipped with

Desired Profile:

• University Degree
• Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role in the administrative / technical field
• Knowledge in the field of building management legislation
• Well founded knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Driving license B category
• English knowledge intermediate level
• Team player with an open minded attitude
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
• Demonstrates a desire to find solutions to technical problems and has the ability to solve problems independently
