Facility technician

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the building
• Maintenance of heating utilities
• Maintenance of the air conditioning and piping
• Perform according with the plan the Preventive Maintenance on the building/utilities equipment
• Fixing maintenance issues by himself or via contractors
• Keep up-to-date the records of interventions (planned and service) for non production equipment (forklifts, electrical pallets, cranes, etc.)
• Execute legal procedures for authorizations related to building
• Fixing maintenance issues related to expatriates’ apartments
• Maintain relation with local authorities
• Maintain relation with entrepreneurs
• Assist installation works, if necessary (electrical, thermal, water, etc.)

Requirements

• Technical school
• Experience minimum years in a similar position
• Good PC skills
• Good English knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Result oriented, precise and accurate, well organized
• Dynamic, disciplined, correct
