Facility Technician

Requirements:

• knowledge of English 

• knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

• qualified to make electrical connections for 230V/400V

• understanding and recognizing technical connections / correlations
• having a practical qualification is an advantage
• strong motivation; hand-on personality

• the sense of great responsibility

• performing repair work for the facility independent

Responsabilities:

• maintenance of all operating installations and operating systems (ventilation, heating, gas, cooling, cold water, vacuum, compressed air, pressure water, water heating, high and low voltage installations, sprinkler systems, water pumping, etc.)
• maintaining and servicing all facilities, possibly by assigning them to subordinates
• coordination of services and reception of works performed by third parties (maintenance, reconstruction, extension, etc.)
• optimizing existing installations
• carrying out and continuing technical documentation
• making calls for proposals for reconstruction, requesting and evaluating offers
• coordination of foreign firms
• collaboration with authorities (within the requirements of using the facilities)
• labor protection
• environment protection

Education

• Facility Technician Diploma

Objectives:

• maintaining or increasing the value of the equipments and installations
• minimizing or shortening shutdown times for technical installations
• optimization of installations
