Ascent Group is looking for a FIELD SALES ENGINEER,
We rely on you to:
Perform a sales process that clearly defines the customer's challenge and its concept for finding a solution.
Adapt to determining the decision-making process of the main stakeholders involved in a sale.
Share technical knowledge about products and applications to deliver high-quality solutions for automation challenges.
Provide technical solutions to the client only after fully understanding his business model, with the challenges and needs involved.
Keep up with the sales environment to mobilize expertise within the sales team.
Constantly interested in personal and professional development, the business is based largely on sales growth and growth of new customers.
Requirements:
A proven experience in sales and / or business development for 3-10 years with strong sales record of selling high technology products.
Ability to develop and execute strategies to gain access to large potential accounts and win business against strong competition.
Business Degree in an Engineering discipline preferred. Excellent influence and persuasion skills via consultative sales strategies.
