Job Description:
As a Field Service Analyst, the job holder will be responsible for:
* Providing L1 support either remotely or in person to the user base;
* Reviewing all the field service deliverables, ensuring all tickets and tasks are appropriately managed;
* Interface and coordinate FS activities with 2nd and 3rd level support teams;
* Hands and Feet for Managed Service Suppliers and IT Operations.
Requirements:
* Basic networking troubleshooting skills (TCP, DNS, etc);
* Windows OS administration and troubleshooting skills;
* Microsoft Office and Office365;
* Basic hardware troubleshooting;
* Previous IT support experience, preferably in a multinational / corporate environment, but not mandatory;
* Experience with a ticketing system preferable, but not mandatory;
* Quick learner, able to adapt to a fast paced environment;
* Advanced knowledge of English
* Cat B driving license
