FIELD SUPERVISOR - ROJEN COMMERCE

Rojen Commerce SRL is a FMCG fast growing company, distributor of Mondelez and JDE representing global brands such as Jacobs, Milka, Suchardine, Toblerone, OREO, Barni, crackers TUC, as well as leaders in the local market: Poiana and Africana chocolates.
We are seeking to employ candidates who will enjoy working with people in a rapidly developing, dynamic environment at the position Field Supervisor for Ialomita Calarasi area.

Position Purpose Statement
Contribute to achieving company’s goals in terms of volume, distribution, profit and growth. Identify, exploit and manage the sales potential of Sales Representatives. To leverage and improve work with customers and Sales Representatives in the respective region

Your responsibilities:
• Contribute to achieving company’s goals in terms of volume, distribution, profit and growth by implementing the company strategy and commercial policy in the respective region;
• To define the needs and perform daily trainings with sales representatives;
• Work jointly and in coordination with the sales team in order to improve and increase the company qualitative indices and volume sales in the respective region.
• Perform store checks on a monthly basis in the stores in the respective region
• Report all of his activities to the Supervisor and obtain necessary approvals. To report on the market situation in the respective region and to make suggestions for improving the positioning against the competitors.
• Negociate commercial terms with clients;

Skills/Qualifications Required:
• Previous experience in FMCG business desirable;
• Fluent written and spoken English language;
• Clean driving license;
• Ability to work in a team, under pressure and cope with deadlines;
• Responsible, loyal, communicative, constructive and energetic person;
• Previous experience in team management will be considered as strong advantage.
