Fieldwork Coordinator

Work closely with regional and local contacts in order to ensure that production/delivery processes are followed and applied consistently. 

You'll be...

Responsible for organizing the activity of collecting data from the field for Quantitative Research projects.

• Responsible for the projects managed, in order to respect the timing and the budget;
• Establishes the project meeting;
• Analyzes the questionnaire before the project meeting to identify the errors (grammatical, structure, content) and notifies them any errors in the mail, to the Researcher;
• Participates in the project meeting together with representatives of the other departments involved;
• Processes / verifies the sample and sends it by email to the Zonal Coordinators for the allocation of the operators in the country, together with the brief on the project and allocates the field operators for Bucharest;
• Maintains the relationship with the Zonal Coordinators for establishing the way of the project (involved providers, receiving packages, finalizing field operations);
• Performs the training of the field operators in Bucharest based on the instructions specific to each questionnaire;
• Organizes pilot questionnaires (find respondents, conduct pilot interviews or instruct an operator to hold them);
• Performs the reception of questionnaires;
• Verifies the sampling, correctness and completeness of the received / transposed questionnaires;
• Prepares the final field report at the client's request;
• Solve problems that appear on the project.

You'll have

• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Planning & Reporting
• Solution Delivery
• Good level of English (for both oral and written communication)
• Market research and/ or statistical knowledge
