Finance and Pricing Analyst
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Pricing Officer and Financial Business Partner as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams in order to drive our strategic journey to improve the lives of 3 billion people a year by 2030!
You are responsible for
- Sponsorship Contracts – checking the required documents; archiving; decide coding (GL, CC/IO etc);
- Managing all SLA's signatures and documents from RO towards CEE markets and all SLA's received from CEE markets towards RO;
- Offering support during External Audit – obtaining documents from SAP, arranging reports;
- Supporting business partners in preMEC and MEC and prepare ad hoc reports;
- Reviewing on a monthly level the A&P and OFSE budget versus plan with focus on category and type of expense level;
- Making recommendations to MM for planning further investments based on the analyze of the A&P evolution;
- Monthly closing process related to FOC and A&P;
- Supervising and providing support to Purchasing Team on the A&P payment system, OFSE /A&P Cost Centers , Internal Orders and GL accounts;
- Supporting the District Management and Marketing Community on strategy and operational planning process;
- Understanding and implementing Profit & Loss principles;
- Participating in regular A&P reviews on market level during Commercial Meetings;
- Maintaining on monthly basis regular prices in local demand planning tool JDA and update promo prices during established campaigns;
- Offering support in consolidating Local Price Lists and PPWF Simulation tools during product launch windows (March/September);
- Monthly checking local prices against Global line chart updates;
- Offering support in extracting accruals (PPWF terms and conditions) from SAP or Qview on country/customer level;
- Preparing and analyzing non-contractual conditions ( STTIs) on customer level against Infosys uploads;
- Performing PCPP/PCIP random test purchases on a weekly basis.
You are a part of Philips Personal Health team in Romania and will be reporting to the Finance Business Partner and Pricing Officer SEE.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance and/or Accounting;
- 2+ years of proven successful experience in a similar role (financial analysis, accounting, reporting);
- Excellent Excel knowledge is a must with strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and extract data;
- SAP knowledge is considered as a plus;
- Technical skills in managing large data sets, queries and designing different type of reports;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Self-motivated and driven;
- Fluent in English.
