Finance executive

Principal Accountabilities:

• Monthly reporting of actual factory cost to factory budget holders for execution of their monthly cost controlling responsibilities;
• Support factory budget holders in their budgets forecasting exercises, including cost input in BPC, according to IBPM timetable;
• Support Factory Finance Manager with Factory Costs consolidation analysis and presentation to OLT, according to IBPM timetable;
• Responsible for end to end the factory cost intercompany recharge process;
• Execution of monthly Accruals process (data collection and postings);
• Support Loss Analysis process according to IWS methodology;
• Acting as dedicated finance business partner for THP Project Team;
• Skills in creating & maintaining a strong control environment within Finance function & across the business.
• Good communication skills with strong commercial approach to all activities;
• Leadership skills in areas of influencing in & outside of own function & managerial level with ability to both support & challenge managers, and lead by example.

 Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Economic studies;
• Detailed knowledge of Romanian accounting guidelines.
• Excellent spreadsheet and general computer skills , solid understanding of  the SAP system
• Detailed understanding of the cost drivers within operations
• Knowledge of the FMCG’s business
• Fluency in English.
