YOUR TASKS

You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania as part of our Finance team, supporting the Corporate Financial Accounting department and your main tasks will be:

• to play an active role in developing and monitoring the Global Accounting Process;
• to make permanent verification of correct world-wide application of accounting data, to analyze deviations, build up proposal for process improvement;
• to offer support to the group local entities in accounting processes/policies, solving errors in month end closing process
• developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies, creation of end-user manuals;
• maintain and strengthen global standardization and internal controls within the Group;

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Business;
• 3-5 years experience in various areas of accounting;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
