Finance Specialist

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance and 3-5 years’ experience in accounting for similar position;
• Strong communication skills with people at all levels;
• Good understanding of advanced accounting principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards of professional field;
• Strong working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing multiple systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job;
• Ability to build deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization and strong knowledge of systems and automation tools (including Excel);
• Seeks to develop and demonstrate leadership skills through practice and action;
• Fluent in English, self-starter, learns quickly, and attention to details.

Local Chartered Accountant certificate is a strong asset

• Skills in SAP would be a strong advantage

Job’s description:

·        Keep records, coordinates and oversees all accounting activities of the Company in accordance with local statutory and related party requirements,

·         Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries,

·        Prepare periodic financial reports in line with the requirements of related parties and the Company Management,

·        Perform revenue and cost analysis with a view to drive financial control and planning,

·         Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual local and intra-community tax returns including VAT reimbursement file on a monthly basis,

·         Maintain the relationship with fiscal authorities,

·         Manage the process of Company's cash flow and taking necessary actions

·         Manage the Company's receivable collection and payments processes,

·         Manage the relationship with banks, financial instutions and other third parties

·         Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities,

·         Assist in external and internal auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
