Financial Analyst

In order to fulfill this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

·         University degree in business administration, finance or accounting.

·         Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 3 or more years of related experience.

·         Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA) constitutes an advantage

·         High standards for work quality, strong attention to detail, and able to deliver accurate and timely reports.

·         Delivering all communication with clarity, impact tailored to the audience.

·         Able to use a range of sources and methods to obtain information relevant to a particular task, activity or role.

·         Being able to understand and state different perspectives or develop at least two different options for the way forward simultaneously.

·         Team player to facilitate groups of individuals to work together on creating solutions.

·          Gaining the buy-in of others by showing the advantages, benefits and features of own solution and ideas.

·         MS Office proficiency

·         Romanian & English – advanced level.

Key accountabilities:

·         Participates in the monthly reporting of Pharma and consolidates Romania results on IFRS basis, in line with Group accounting policies, including stock reconciliation & reporting, and weekly and monthly sales reporting.

·         Facilitates and provides support during the budgeting process and through synergies created with the Business Partnering Team assists the commercial and support departments to properly track and monitor their performance.

·         Offers guidance to Support Departments to evaluate their activities and also to identify possible savings opportunities.

·         Responds to ad-hoc data requests (data and/or analysis) from business or Corporate.

·         Actively seeking for ways to improve current processes and being involved in cross-departmental projects with the purpose to simplify and provide financial technical assistance.

·         Developing new ideas and solutions about specific issues.
